CBTS achieves the coveted Solutions Partner certification as well as an Advanced Specialization in Calling for Microsoft Teams
CBTS is pleased to announce that it has received the Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work certification. In addition, CBTS achieved an Advanced Specialization in Calling for Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft defines a Solutions Partner for Modern Work as a collaborator who “has demonstrated broad capability to help customers boost productivity and shift to hybrid work using Microsoft 365”. To become a Solution Partner for Modern Work with Microsoft, a provider must meet stringent criteria as set by Microsoft. The requirements include the following:
- Show a minimum growth of 2,500 active Microsoft Teams users in a trailing 12-month period.
- Have at least four individual employees who have passed eligible Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Provide three customer references that demonstrate an organization’s ability to deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Teams workloads.
Solutions Partners for Modern Work are tested in three categories: partner performance, customer success, and skilling (a measurement of an organization’s number of certified employees and its commitment to training).
CBTS earned a further specialization in Calling for Microsoft Teams. This certification recognizes Microsoft partners with “deep knowledge, extensive experience, and proven success”. Partners must meet these high standards for delivery and customer support as verified by Microsoft specialists:
- An active Solutions Partner for Modern Work designation.
- Hit a minimum of 1,000 monthly active users (MAU) with Microsoft Teams Phone System within 12 months trailing.
- Have at least four individuals who have achieved both the Teams Administrator Associate certification and the Teams Calling Technical Assessment.
- Provide three customer references demonstrating the partner’s ability to implement and oversee Microsoft 365 Phone System, Calling Plan, Direct Routing configuration, Network Planning, and Remediation for Voice workloads
CBTS must recertify every year to maintain this Specialization.
